Green Office
Clinique d'Orthodontie1.ch Sàrl practices “green” technology. Our paperless office conserves natural resources and our secretary is "virtual" .... This means that all the paperwork, appointments, and records of your treatments will be accessible 24 hours on 24 "online " or on your mobile “smart” phone.Your first with us :
Your Complimentary Clinical Examination
At your first visit, with the clinical examination, we will be able to tell you how your child can benefit from orthodontic treatment, when treatment should start, how long it may be, and the fees related to treatment. The next step will be diagnostice records. Complete diagnostic records usually include a medical/dental history, clinical examination, study models of the teeth, photos of the patient's face and teeth, and x-rays. The x-rays will be taken at a specialized x-ray laboratory. This information is used to develop a custom treatment plan. These records are also helpful in tracking the progress of their treatment as the teeth move under orthodontic care.
Regular Appointments
- Patients are seen by appointment only.
- The appointment when you get your appliances (braces, expanders, etc.) usually takes from one to two hours.
- You will then see us at intervals ranging from 4 to 8 weeks or 6 to 12 weeks apart for an adjustment, which usually takes 10 to 30 minutes.
- We make every effort to be on time for our patients and ask that you extend the same courtesy to us.
- If you cannot keep an appointment, please rescedule immediately. Cancel only if it is an emergency or your child is sick. We do not treat patients when they are sick. Their health comes first. Rescheduling your appointment can slightly delay their estimated completion of orthodontics date. It also reduces our flexibility to provide you an exact day or time you prefer as most appointments are made 4-12 weeks in advance.
