How Orthodontic Treatment Works
Our practice provides quality orthodontic treatment using a variety of braces, including ceramic or metal. Treatment options vary based on the complexity of the recommended orthodontic treatment, and will be explained further during the initial consultation. Braces have one aim: to use gentle, constant pressure to move teeth into proper alignment. With the continual advancement in orthodontic technology, orthodontists no longer have to straighten teeth by placing a metal band with a bracket around each tooth. Patients have the option of choosing self-ligating brackets that are metal or clear, which move teeth faster and with less discomfort.
